Neumünster airfield
Our little but sweat airfield is an ideal starting point for various trips or for onward travel, as it is located in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein. We are looking forward to your next visit and would like to provide you with the most important information about our place.
Please note the busy glider operations in our southern traffic pattern, especially on weekends!
About a 2 minute walk from our Tower building you will reach the café & restaurant “Pagoni” which has delicious food for every taste. The “Freesencenter” with various shops can be reached in about 15 minutes by walk.

Our opening hours in the summer months are Wed - Fri from 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. (UTC), on weekends from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., and in the winter months Sat & Sun from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. (UTC). If you want to visit us outside this times, please contact us at: ppr@edhn.de.
We will then try to organize a flight controller for you.

Camping at the site
You are also welcome to spread your tent on our site and relax in the evening. You can of course also use the sanitary facilities in our tower building.
Nevertheless, we would ask you to contact us before your arrival so that we can clarify everything necessary before your arrival.
If you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact us.
Notes for pilots
Please note some important information for your next visit. The parking areas for your aircraft are north of the runway. There you will also find parking areas with lashing options if you want to stay overnight. Since the large hangar does not belong to our premises and may only be used by tenants, please always keep the gate free. When walking across the field, please always stay close to the airfield border and have in mind the glider operations.
